Let me introduce myself, my name is Benny Liew. I am the founder and president of Liew Foods, Inc. I was born in Malaysia and moved to the United States in 1990. I worked hard in an Asian restaurant learning the trade and saving my earnings. In 1997, I moved to North Carolina and opened my own Japanese Steak House. With delicious foods and the good service that my restaurant provided, I enjoyed great success. In 2001 I sold my restaurant to spend more time with my family. However, seeing the popularity of the sauces in my restaurant, I had a dream to make my sauces available in grocery stores as well, thus was born Liew Foods, Inc., Rising Sun Japanese Seafood & Steak sauce, Rising Sun Japanese Teriyaki Sauce, Rising Sun Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing, and Rising Sun Japanese Spicy Mayo.
